Lydell Renk
Co-Owner
I bring over 35 years of experience in landscaping, excavation, and construction, and I take pride in doing things the right way from the ground up.
I started running heavy equipment back in 1991 and built my foundation by owning and operating my own excavation and landscaping business.
As a licensed landscaper and certified excavation professional, I’ve spent years learning what it takes to build solid, lasting work.
Since 2004, I’ve been part of the telecom tower industry, working my way through roles like Foreman, Construction Manager, Field Construction Manager, and Operations Manager. I’ve led projects ranging from new site builds and colocations to site clean-ups and large-scale decommissioning.
At Timber Bluff, I focus on the construction side - making sure every project is done right, built to last, and something we can stand behind. I believe in hard work, straight communication, and taking pride in what you leave behind.

Ever since I was a little girl, creating and building has been something that just came naturally to me. From there that passion grew into a creative background in art and design, where I developed an eye for how spaces should flow and come together.
Today, I use design tools and technology to help bring your ideas to life, creating with you to turn a vision into something real and lasting.
On the construction side, I work alongside my partner, Lydell, combining thoughtful design with hands-on execution. Together, we take your project from one idea to a finished space you can truly enjoy.
As a women-owned, family-driven business, we take pride in building something meaningful - with you, every step of the way.
